Cherries are picked fresh through the season and we order to match what's been reserved, so we deliver in two weeks only: the week of 7 December and the week of 14 December. You choose which week when you reserve. The first week suits client and staff gifts, and the second is the final stretch before Christmas. We email everyone their exact delivery day well ahead of time. If you're ordering for an office, please double check your team is still around on that date.
Reservations close mid-November, since we only buy what's been ordered ahead of a tight harvest window.
Ideally yes, since cherries are perishable and delivery happens on a set date. Let us know your delivery notes (e.g. leave with a neighbour) and we'll do our best to work around you.
Your order is fully refundable until 30 November. After that, get in touch as early as possible. Since we buy against confirmed orders, later cancellations may not be refundable, but we'll always work with you where we can.
Yes. Tick "It's a gift" when you reserve, then add who it's from and a short message. We'll include a card in the box. Ordering for clients or staff? Choose Business. We deliver all your boxes to you in one go, with the same card in every box, so you can pass them on.
They're picked, packed, and delivered within days. Refrigerate on arrival and they're best enjoyed within 5 to 7 days.
Harvest volume is limited. Orders are filled as they're paid.
